2. Service availability: We make every effort to schedule service appointments in a timely manner, however, we cannot guarantee availability on a specific date or time.
3. Pricing and payment: All prices for repair and installation services are provided upfront and are subject to change based on the complexity of the job. Payment for services can be made through a variety of methods, including credit cards, checks, or cash.
4. Service warranty: All repair services come with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If you have an issue with a repaired appliance within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance.
5. Limitation of liability: We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws within the state SK Appliance conducted service (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia). Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the state where the service was conducted.
7. Changes to terms and conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
8. Service cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
